relationships Relationships

Instead, I would ask…what is your relationship with yourself?

Every relationship is about three things: trust, commitment and communication. And until you can get really solid and clear about these three things within yourself, commit to be true to who you really are at your core, and show up that way, you can’t even begin to look outside of yourself.

Once you are clear on this, we can start to look outside to what type of relationship you are looking for—whether it is better relations with a co-worker, family, or friend, or the search for an ideal mate.
